About Me

Melanie McLawhorn is excited about her career in Real Estate in NC, and would love to serve you as your Real Estate professional.

Melanie originally grew up in Northwest Pennsylvania and graduated with a B.S. Degree from Chowan University.  After attending college in NC, she realized she would love to move to this great state and begin a career.  After several years of working with the world’s largest printer, she has settled in Greenville and is now an active Real Estate Broker and REALTOR ®.

Melanie has previous experience in Real Estate in Winston Salem, NC specializing in foreclosures and attended the Ethical Homebuyers Seminar in March ’06.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors, her knowledge and skills of buying and selling Real Estate will benefit anyone in the market.

Motivation is the key to Melanie’s business and that means her success hinges on her ability to fulfill your buying and selling needs.  You can rest assured that she can get the job done right and on time.

As you choose to work with Melanie, you will see she has a very likeable, upbeat personality. Melanie’s experience as a Corporate Trainer has given her the opportunity to meet and work with a diverse group of people. Melanie’s caring attitude will also become apparent when she places your needs before her own. 

It is not all work for Melanie though; she enjoys spending time with her husband Bucky, dog Teddy, traveling, biking, camping & hiking, playing tennis, salmon fly fishing in Pennsylvania and playing the piano.
